We deliver practical, easy-to-follow talks and information sessions that explain end-of-life and health event planning in plain English. These sessions help people understand what needs to be organised, why it matters and how to get started without feeling overwhelmed.

Sessions are available to any organisation or group and there is no cost to host.

The FAQs below explain the practical details of joining the Community Partners Network, including eligibility, customer selections, 10% recognition payments and public acknowledgement.

No. Community Partners are not expected to sell products, hold stock, meet sales targets or actively promote Handbook of Your Life.

The program simply allows people and organisations who already support others to be recognised when someone they have introduced chooses to purchase a Handbook Kit.

No. There is no joining fee, subscription, minimum number of introductions or sales target.

Participation is designed to fit around the work you already do without adding unnecessary administration or pressure.

Not necessarily.

Businesses and organisations can provide an ABN where applicable, but individuals, volunteers and informal community supporters may also apply.

Any tax or reporting obligations relating to payments remain the responsibility of the Community Partner.

At checkout, customers can optionally select the approved Community Partner who introduced them to Handbook of Your Life.

There are no referral links, discount codes or tracking codes to manage. The selection is recorded automatically with the order.

No. The customer pays the same price whether or not they select a Community Partner.

The 10% recognition payment is provided by Handbook of Your Life and is not added to the customer’s order.

The 10% payment applies to eligible purchases attributed to an approved Community Partner, subject to the Community Partners Network Terms.

The 10% payment applies to all end-of-life planning, health event and business kits. Modules are excluded.

Refunded, cancelled, ineligible or otherwise excluded transactions do not attract a payment.

Payment arrangements are confirmed when your application is approved.

Payments are processed in accordance with the Community Partners Network Terms after the eligible order has been completed and any relevant cancellation or refund period has passed.

Payments can be made to you via bank transfer or PayPal.

Approved Community Partners may choose to have their name or organisation made available for customer selection at checkout.

Your name or organiation may also be mentioned on our website and socials if you agree.

Private contact, banking and payment information will not be displayed publicly.

Yes. You can ask to leave the program at any time.

Your name or organisation will be removed from future customer selection options, subject to any eligible payments or transactions already being processed.

Not automatically. The Community Partners Network is open to professionals, organisations, community groups, carers and individuals.

Eligible businesses and service providers working in end-of-life planning and related services may also be considered for inclusion in the Handbook of Your Life End-of-Life Planning Directory.
