These terms apply to all individuals and organisations participating in the Handbook of Your Life Community Partners Program.

By participating as a Community Partner, you agree to the following:

1. Product Integrity & Intellectual Property

All Handbook of Your Life products, systems and materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Handbook of Your Life.

Community Partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to promote and sell the products in accordance with these terms. This licence does not grant any ownership or rights beyond those expressly stated.

Partners must not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the handbook or its underlying system.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Copying page layouts, structure, wording or system design
  • Creating products or services that are substantially similar to, derived from or compete with the handbook system
  • Sharing, distributing or reproducing digital or physical copies outside of approved use
  • Assisting any third party to replicate or reproduce the handbook or its methodology

Partners may:

  • Refer clients to the handbook and explain how it is used
  • Support clients in completing their handbook in a general, non-specialist capacity
  • Promote the handbook using approved materials provided

Partners must not:

  • Present the handbook as their own product or creation
  • Modify or customise the handbook content
  • Provide legal, financial, or medical advice unless qualified to do so

All non-public information, materials, and processes provided to partners must be treated as confidential and not disclosed or used outside the scope of the partner relationship.

Partners must not attempt to bypass or replicate the Handbook of Your Life supply chain, manufacturing or distribution processes.

Any breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of the partner relationship.

Upon termination, partners must:

  • Cease all promotion, sale and distribution of the handbook
  • Stop using all Handbook of Your Life branding and materials
  • Return or destroy any confidential or non-public materials upon request

Handbook of Your Life reserves the right to monitor and review partner activity to ensure compliance with these terms.

2. Pricing & Representation

Partners must present and promote the handbook accurately and in line with its intended purpose.

  • Products are to be sold at the recommended retail price (RRP), unless prior approval is provided
  • The handbook must not be discounted, bundled or altered in a way that diminishes its perceived value
  • Partners must not make misleading claims about legal, financial or medical outcomes

3. Role of the Partner

Community Partners act as referrers or authorised stockists.

Partners:

  • Do not have permission to alter or customise the handbook
  • Must not present the product as their own creation
  • Must not provide advice outside their professional qualifications

4. Use of Branding

Any use of Handbook of Your Life branding, logos or materials must remain consistent with official brand presentation.

Materials provided by Handbook of Your Life must not be altered without permission.

5. Program Conduct

Partners are expected to act in good faith and in a way that reflects the values of the Handbook of Your Life brand.

Participation may be suspended or revoked at any time if these terms are breached.

6. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
