Completing your Handbook is a simple process. Every kit includes the information you need, along with access to our Customer Resources Portal.
Log in to your MyAccount using the email address and password you created when you first ordered.
Personal Assistance
If you’d like one-on-one assistance at any stage, personal support is available.
Nominated Person
When you purchased your kit, you nominated a trusted person. If the time comes for them to use your Handbook, they’ll have access to unlimited support from us.
Make sure your nominated person knows about the Loved Ones Support page so they can find help quickly when needed.
