Log in to your MyAccount using the email address and password you created when you first ordered.
Personal Assistance
If you’d like one-on-one assistance at any stage, personal support is available.
Nominated Person
When you purchased your kit, you named a nominated person. They receive unlimited free assistance when it’s time to use your Handbook.
