All physical orders from Handbook of Your Life® are shipped via Australia Post with tracking included. This page explains delivery options, timeframes, and how insurance and claims are handled.

Free Standard Shipping (Australia-wide)

Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $79, anywhere in Australia.

This includes:

  • All full Handbook Kits

  • Any combination of kits and/or add-on modules where the cart total is $79 or more

Free standard shipping includes:

  • Australia Post Standard Parcel delivery

  • Full parcel tracking

  • Basic compensation (up to $100) from Australia Post

  • Secure packaging for safe transit

Estimated delivery:
3–5 business days (location dependent). Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to Australia Post delays.

Standard Shipping (Orders under $79)

Orders under $79 are shipped via Australia Post Standard Parcel at a flat rate.

  • Standard shipping: $9.95

  • Tracking included

This typically applies to individual add-on modules ordered on their own.

Express Shipping (Optional Upgrade)

If you need your order sooner, Express shipping is available at checkout.

  • Express Post upgrade: $12.95 flat rate

Express shipping includes:

  • Priority dispatch

  • Australia Post Express network delivery (typically 1–3 business days to most areas)

  • Full tracking

  • Basic compensation (up to $100)

Express delivery timeframes are based on Australia Post guidelines.

Packaging & Dispatch

All physical orders are securely packaged for transit using:

  • Rigid satchels or padded mailers

  • Additional internal protection where required

Dispatch timeframes:

  • Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days

  • Orders that include customisation or additional services may require extra production time

  • You’ll receive a tracking email once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post

Insurance & Compensation (Australia Post)

All parcels are covered under Australia Post’s standard compensation policy.

Australia Post manages these claims independently.

Orders valued at $100 or more

For orders over $100, Handbook of Your Life® will assist with the insurance claim process if a parcel is lost or damaged.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your parcel appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please follow the steps below.

Orders under $100

  1. Check your tracking updates

  2. Lodge a claim directly with Australia Post if required

Orders $100 and over

  1. Check your tracking updates

  2. Contact us and we’ll assist with the insurance claim process

Please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of a damaged parcel.

Replacements or refunds (where applicable) are issued once Australia Post has completed their investigation and confirmed the outcome.
