Helping Families Get the Practical Side of Life Organised

Handbook of Your Life works alongside midwives, childbirth educators, parent groups, family support services and community organisations helping families prepare for life’s biggest changes.

When children arrive, families suddenly carry a lot more information: care routines, medical details, school or childcare contacts, household responsibilities, important documents, finances and the everyday arrangements that keep life moving.

The Handbook brings that practical information together in one clear place. It supports everyday family organisation, emergency preparedness and end-of-life planning, so the people who love and support a family are not left trying to piece everything together should someone need to step in.

For Midwives, Childbirth Educators & Family Support Professionals

Handbook of Your Life is designed to complement the practical and emotional support you already provide — helping parents keep important family, household and care information organised as life changes.

You can:

  • Recommend it as a practical starting point for expecting and new parents
  • Share it with families who want to get their household, children’s care details and important information organised

  • Use it as part of a broader parent education, family support or preparedness approach

No training is required. The Handbook is a complete, self-contained family organisation and end-of-life planning system.

Families work through their Handbook independently using the Welcome Pack, Customer Resources Portal and support resources — while you continue providing the professional care, education, guidance and encouragement they already value from you.

Ways We Can Work Together

Every organisation supports families differently. Choose the option that best suits your clients, group or program:

  • Host a practical planning session

Invite Handbook of Your Life to deliver a short 15–20 minute session for pregnancy classes, new-parent groups or family support programs. The session is practical, non-morbid and focused on the handful of things every family should have organised — without turning it into a six-month project.

  • Share a useful family resource

Add Handbook of Your Life to your resource list, follow-up material or information shared with families who would benefit from getting their practical affairs organised.

  • Refer families through the Community Partners Network

Families can nominate your organisation when purchasing a Handbook, with a 10% partner referral benefit available through the network.

  • Keep Handbooks available — optional

Suitable for clinics, parent educators, community groups or support services that would like to keep selected Handbook Kits available for families. Community Partners receive a 10% partner margin on kits offered at standard retail pricing.

There is no expectation to sell or promote Handbooks in your sessions.

The goal is simply to give families useful, practical information and a clear place to start.
